How to loop a terrain into itself

I'm trying to create a limited terrain that if the player should head to the outer border they will automatically be on the opposite side of the map so they're headed towards the middle of the map. I would prefer the player to not immediately know they are in a looped map without borders. ![alt text][1] [1]: /storage/temp/106978-map.jpg This is a very rough example. If the player heads towards either A/B they will automatically be transported to the alternate A/B so they will be heading towards the destination location. Is this possible without creating a tiled map?
